Area Sales Manager helps meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our competitive and innovative edge. He will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and executing them through his team. Is responsible for planning and executing Organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyse business results and recommend improvements in business plan.
- Launch new products in the markets and increase the depth of existing SKU
- Develop Sales Plan and achieve sales plan; forecasting monthly/Annually sales product wise.
- Have sound market insight, Identify gaps in Market and take corrective action to improve distribution, increase coverage
- Indent Planning and Depot and Stock Management
- Distributor Management
- Planning Sales promotion Activities
- Planning BTL Activities and Events
- Managing a team of sales Identify and train the sales team to achieve superior performance.
Should have minimum 15 yrs experience in FMCG industry; with 10 yrs in supervisory/managerial role, preferably in Rajasthan
Master’s in Business Administration
- Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
- Exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills
- Good team handling skills
- Good Knowledge of Rajasthan market both geographically and distribution wise
