Job Description
The position involves high interaction across all levels of organization, ensuring harmony and adherence to set policies and guidelines. A people first person, that supports in ensuring their journey with NRRS be memorable. An individual contributor who can work with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring HR policies and practices are uniformly implemented; improving existing systems and processes.
- Assist with recruitment and training efforts, and conducting induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure legal compliance by implementing policies, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures.
- Uniformity in implementing employee benefits programs.
- Is responsible for sharing MIS repots to concerned stakeholder
- Is responsible to liaise with external vendors and get work done.
Experience
Between 3 and 5 years handling recruitment and HR Operational activities in a mid-sized company.
Educational Qualifications
MBA in HR
