Job Description

The position involves high interaction across all levels of organization, ensuring harmony and adherence to set policies and guidelines. A people first person, that supports in ensuring their journey with NRRS be memorable. An individual contributor who can work with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring HR policies and practices are uniformly implemented; improving existing systems and processes.
  • Assist with recruitment and training efforts, and conducting induction and orientation programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance by implementing policies, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures.
  • Uniformity in implementing employee benefits programs.
  • Is responsible for sharing MIS repots to concerned stakeholder
  • Is responsible to liaise with external vendors and get work done.


Between 3 and 5 years handling recruitment and HR Operational activities in a mid-sized company.
